I just downloaded and had the book printed. Very informative and will take me a while to get through it. Wanted to ask if anyone would post your daily meals so I could get a better idea. I don't want to eat chicken 3 times a day.

I am doing the weightloss rotations, but I didnot buy the extreme workout with my set. Any suggestions on what I can do in place of these in the rotations? I don't really want to jump from dvd to dvd to piece them together.
I also have the body blast series.

I am doing the March rotation for weightloss and had a question. On week 1 & 2 Mon - Imax and 1 coremax, Tues in Musclemax and that has core at the end of it. Do you do the ab section also? I just didn't want to do to much ab much. I thought you were supposed to rest a day in between.
