    Hi ladies, can't believe I am 1st. Wasn't feeling the gym today so I stayed home and did a new Fitness Kombat Mix 55. I did the 42 minutes of cardio only. They dubbed it, but honestly it was hard to hear the guy doing the dubbing(voice over). It was good and sweaty. Have a great day!!

    Hi ladies, Today I stayed home and did one of my own called Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit which was 56 minutes. Had a glitch in the middle but it I finally got the CD to play passed the glitch so yay one for me and technology! So I sweated. Hope everyone gets a great workout in.

    Hi Siobhan, Today I came to the gym and did 50 minutes on the elliptical. Then I ran the sled up and back with 2 plates 4 times as fast as I could, then I ended with floorwork for abs and legs (about 22 minutes for floorwork and sled). Hope you are still enjoying your vacation.
