    Imax w/DOMS?

    Ouch! I did the lower body blast pre-mix from P&P yasterday and to my suprise today I have A moderate case of DOMS, so Imax is on tap today....should I do it? I don't really have the time to do cardio till Friday again if I don't do it today. Thanks, Melissa

    Catheites w/ kids home for summer
