Who's jumping in? 4 day splits.

Just courious as to what everyone is going to do when the new workouts come. I personally have some serious work to to before I can attempt them, I have been on a bit of a "hiatus" this summer with the kids home. Next week I am starting a "get back into shape" rotation to ease the transition to the new DVDs.

I intend to preview them all first, as I do with all new workouts, then I will decide what to do with them.

I might decide to start on a rotation using them the day after I get them, or leave them for a later date, or pick a premix or two to explore without doing a full rotation.

I am planning on jumping right in and using them in rotation form with the other three days for running. I will not even attempt to try and match Cathe on weights, though!

I am with Lorie, I won't even try to come close to Cathe on weight, but I will jump in on the cardio!

I will jump in on the cardio too. I can't wait to try the kickboxing workout.

Off topic, but had to comment...Stayfit, are you a Labyrinth fan??? This is one of my all time favorite movies, as I have been watching it since I was young. David Bowie and Jennifer Connley, how can you go wrong!;-)

Jumping in but definitely using lighter weights. Really getting excited about getting these. I like the idea of a 4 day split. In Cathe's orginal plan didn't she say she would be filming again in September or October?

I am getting so excited about these. I am going to jump right in them too and will definitely need to go lighter than Cathe on the weights. I plan to do them as designed only using the weights first then cardio premixes. Day 5 will be pure cardio and Day 6 will be a total body day.

I'll probably do the rotation that Cathe typically puts out with a new series. If we receive them mid-month, I'll preview them, practice, then do each as-produced. That should help me get familiar with the cardio, and figure out what weight loads are appropriate for me.
