    Which cardio activity have you guys found that help the most in decreasing belly fat? I know it all comes off from all over the body but which activity have you guys found really helps? Other than making sure that you watch your diet.

    Where did you get this Fat Track Gold, I'm thinking of trying to go between my scale and calipers. My scale is an okay compass but I don't know how accurate the bodyfat percentage is on that. So I'm going to try both methods.

    More muscle gained from Circuit Training or 2 Parts A Day?

    It seems like I gain more overall muscle from a rotation of circuit training than I do from two body parts a day, but it seems I get more definition from the two body parts a day. Has anyone else experienced this?

    I would have to say Muscle Endurance, and Muscle Max. I like how quickly the exercises flow and the variety in the exercises, I like the music in Muscle Endurance. There ya go!!!
