    Is Cathe Circuit Max similar to Cardio and Weights?

    I have to agree with mogambo here..They are similiar but Circuit Max is much more intense. The cardio is more along the lines of MIC i.e. hi/lo, hi and then step. Circuit Max has hi/lo, hi, kickbox step and just step. I can just breeze through C&W but Circuit Max kicks my BUTT! But...
