    what is it like? What is cathe's kickboxing like? The only kickboxing I've seen it Taebo, and I don't do it regularly. Some of the moves are too fast & I sacrifice form to keep up with the class. Are Cathe's moves slower? Faster? Similar? I'm curious about how she does it. Thanks!!
