    I agree! They really extend the usefulness of already wonderful workouts! I bought a dvd player because of these workouts and it has been the best investment for my fitness program that I've made!

    I agree! I hope you continue to use music that is recognizable. It makes the workouts even more fun! My favorite is the Pina Colada song! And I find myself singing so many others during the day too. I think I like the music with words.
