Although the premixes are listed as a selection in the dropdown menu and you can choose them, they are not showing up in Facebook through the Facebook Connect option when the workout is published. Just letting you know about the omission/glitch.

That is one thing I think the new DVDs are lacking -- any kind of real information about what the premixes consist of. We're used to having a much better idea of what to expect from them based on either the description or a list of chapters, or both. I hope we do get the premix chapter lists...
