    Hmm... I bet you could go either way although if I were a betting woman (and I'm not LOL), I'd bet you went too light. I was continually shocked at how hard each set was with the weights suggested. I would have NEVER have gone that heavy for that kind of work. ;) So... Meso 2 is pretty different...

    Bubble Butt

    The fat will come off primarily from your better eating (it is said that 80% of weight loss comes from diet.) Going heavy on the glute/leg work will make for strong muscles. Strong muscles = firm butt and legs. ;) I'd go heavy.

    Cathe Weighted Gloves Tip

    Hmmm. I have a sporting goods store going out of business nearby... I think I'm going to have to look for sinkers! My sports store thought I might be able to use scuba weights to get to a 2 lb per glove weight, but trust me, those babies are expensive! And wouldn't fit very well in there. ;)
