    Favorite Cathe Cardio workouts?

    Thank you so much for all of the great ideas. I really appreciate it. I have been doing the cardio sections from Cathe's CTX after my STS workouts and then doing Low Max on the off days. I do have IMAX 1, I should pull it out again. I haven't done that one in years.

    Hi Beth, That is interesting. I have just noticed an over all increase in the amount of food I am eating. I do not eat junk food, so it isn't a big worry but I kept wanting to make sure it wasn't emotional. :)

    For those of you who have already finished mesocycle 2 I have a question for you. Did you notice a large increase in your appetite? I am so hungry and it has been since starting this phase of STS. I am two weeks into Mesocycle 2 and wondering if that is why I am eating so much! Thanks Tracy

    Hi, I am wondering what are the guidelines for the recovery week? I didn't find much information in the book about it. Are you supposed to just do cardio and rest from the weights? I am just finishing my last week of Meso 1 so I need to figure out what to do for next week. Thanks!

    Cardio- too much, too little, what's your take on it?

    Wow, thanks everyone for the input. I really appreciated what all of you shared. I guess it really is individual and it seems that as we get older weight training is even more important than ever. I know that I could get away with a lot of cardio when I was in my 20's but that won't work...
