I am late check in here, but I have been very busy, I did The bar method pilates last night and this morning the Gaunlet. I feel happy that I was able to workout with my busy schedule.

This morning I did Step Blast for the first time and the step segment of SJP, it was a nice cardio workout. I don't think Cathe has a workout without blasts, even MIC has a blast, that is Cathe.

Hardcore Extreme has three workouts one is cicuit training and the others are pure cardio about 70 minutes of interval training.
I would do Imax2 with the KM blast.

HCE has two very tough cardio workouts, I did the hi/lo which is a mix of Lo max and Imax 3 and it ends up with the KM blast, this one is a calorie killer for sure, 73 minutes long. The other cardio is a mix of Imax 3 and KM blast and it ends with KM leg drills. For more specifics go to the DVD...

This morning I will go hiking the Billy Goat Trail is 3.7 miles each way but it is hilly and rocky, very rough. Going up seems to be easier than going down.
