    Substitution for Hard Core Extreme?

    Hardcore Extreme has three workouts one is cicuit training and the others are pure cardio about 70 minutes of interval training. I would do Imax2 with the KM blast.

    Great Idea, I vote to organize it by meals, breakfast, luch, dinner, snacks, replacement meals, like shakes, etc. Onix I have some good recipes, that include the amount of calories per serving.

    Yes, this was flow very well.

    HCE has two very tough cardio workouts, I did the hi/lo which is a mix of Lo max and Imax 3 and it ends up with the KM blast, this one is a calorie killer for sure, 73 minutes long.
