    Turbo Jam?

    I think that Turbo Jam is Fun! You can make them athletic by jumping higher or low impact you are in control. I think that the dance is minimum, I love kixkboxing so I like TJ, I like the lenght because, I can do one body part a day plus a cardio and/or abs. The music is upbeat and fun!

    Turbo Jam?

    I think that lower body Jam can be evil, I double the green bands for extra resistance and it really works. You make it easier or hard depending on the resistance that you use. It is a great lower body for those you want to slim down your legs.

    Why I LOVE interval training....

    Interval training, like the Imaxes burn more calories and it keeps burning for hours after the workout is done, but the best benefit is that it helps realease growth homones and it keeps you young.

    I think that it is a great price and based on past experience, you can't go wrong with Cathe. I did not buy the pre-sale for the Hardcore and I paid full price for it. In the event that I don't like them, I can sell them on e-bay, Cathe's DVD's sell for almost full price there.

    I HAVE MY BB ORDER

    Hi Mariangeles, I am curious to know what you think of Turbo Jam, I am getting great results with them. My waist is getting smaller from doing TJ and Ab Jam. I have been doing TJ for two weeks and my clothes are fitting better. I like the music is like having a party!
