Turbo Jam?

Anyone else see these DVDS by beach body. I received an e-mail today from beach body and then I had a pop up and it was turbo jam workouts and of course.....you are gonna see results or your money back!
Anyway, anyone buy them or see them?

A lot of us have been posting about these workouts w/ mixed review. Personally I love them. They are fun and the music is great. I do wish they were one hour long. That is my only complant.

Some people are finding them cheesy, and think they practice bad form and poor cueing. I didn't have a problem with the form or cueing. I have been doing kickboxing for years, so if I know something doesn't feel right, I just do it my way.

If you do a search on them you will find a lot of posts about them.
 
I think that Turbo Jam is Fun!

You can make them athletic by jumping higher or low impact you are in control. I think that the dance is minimum, I love kixkboxing so I like TJ, I like the lenght because, I can do one body part a day plus a cardio and/or abs. The music is upbeat and fun!
 
I loove Turbo Jam too. I like kickboxing (TAEBO, Janis Saffell) and TJ is the perfect mix of great music, kickboxing and fun. There are a couple of exercisers providing low impact moves I can't wait to order the new TJ workouts.

I absolutely love Turbo Jam, too. Some people said Charlene even has people do their own thing (ad libbing) - I love that and it is only for a few seconds - I love it when she says bust your move!

I love Tae Bo and Janis, too. But I must say Turbo Jamd has been the most fun I have had with kickboxing workouts.

And as to the form - well, I do karate kickboxing and have for two years and I am 6 months from a black belt - the form isn't perfect, but this is for the workout part of it - we aren't learning to spar or anything.

It is a fantastic core workout!
