    I too have just started sts for the first time. I'm doing it Jen style :-)- cardio when I get home from work. During Meso 1 I'm also hitting each body part a second time ( just shorter premixes). I agree these are great workouts - I haven't had doms in awhile but oh yes after those pushups!!

    How imperative is having 5 risers for xtrain?

    I only have 2 risers and for cardio it works fine - I wear a heart rate monitor and I have no problem staying in my fat burning zone. For anything else like concentration curls I sit on my ball for more height - hope this helps!
