    I lost 4 lbs and 1 inch off my waist by end of meso 1 and had not really cleaned up my diet, I just cut out the beer. Now I"m motivated to clean up my eating and see even more results by end of meso 2! I think its important though not to get hung up on scale weight, weight can change daily...

    Yes! I"ve increase my weight every week, this is week 4 for me and I've really struggled with CSB even though I increase wt, this week seemed to be harder for some reason. I haven't been sleeping well so I"m sure thats part of it.

    Riding my horse, camping w/family (horse lovers) and scrapbooking. On cold winter nights I like to curl up with a good book to read.

    any suggestions on recovery week

    The weather is finally starting to warm up so I plan to take long walks and enjoy nature (I live in the country) and spend some time getting my horses conditioned for the riding season. I may do some yoga and easy cardio if I can't get outside.
