I combined back, chest, and shoulders on one day... It worked out better for me timewise to do it that way. Then I did legs one day, and biceps,triceps, and calves another day.

Hi Angelli! Maximum Intensity Cardio is on a DVD with Rhythmic Step and Interval Max. If you go to Cathe's workout DVDs and choose to sort them by 'oldest' first, it should come up on the first page. If you are not a fan of step, Kick Punch and Crunch is a great cardio workout with no step...

I don't think this is normal. I did 4DS back, chest, and shoulders today. During the 4th shoulder round, the front raise / pull back, I had such a burn in my shoulders that it spread up the sides of my neck and head and my ears were burning! Yeah baby!

My camera died. We need a new easy-to-use camera, not super complicated but with excellent photo quality and good zoom ability. Probably less than $200 to spend on it. Any ideas? Thanks! Leisha

Thanks for all the help! Mine looks just like the original club step Cathe uses. I measured the risers and they are 16x16, so I think I can order more from Cathe and they will work.

I'm wondering if the extra risers sold on Cathe's site will work with this step. It measures the same and it says 'the Step' on the end, with Reebok insiginias embedded in the black rubber top. Thanks!

I had the same problem with some Nikes. I tried on some different ones, Air Pegasus, which are running shoes, but the toe box was much roomier and my feet don't go numb any more.
