    My calves are still hurting!!! When I stand after sitting (or getting out of bed), OUCH!! There's no 'spring' in my step. I'm walking like a caveman, or as my husband so delicately put it, like a man with a chapped a**crack!

    An idea so simple, it just might work

    That idea is to do a workout at least 3 times before e-baying it! About a year ago I sold Imax 3 and Kick Max after doing each only one time. I wish I had given them both another chance. Has anyone else gotten rid of a workout then wished to have it back for one more try?

    What have your results been with 4DS?

    I have only been doing 4DS for a few weeks, and it just doesn't seem as challenging as Pyramids. Maybe its just me, but I don't feel like I'm making any big increases in strength or definition with this series so far. What's your impression of the 4DS weight work?
