    Cathe, I love the new clips and can't wait for the workouts!! I had a question about squats... I liked seeing you use dumbells instead of a barbell. Most of the time I use dumbells for squats and lunges becuase I find it easier and I can go heavier. I was never sure of the correct form...

    bodymax substitute?

    I have the original bodymax and it is very long. It's 90 min and is made up of a step routine, then leg blast drills also on the step but with weights as well and then an upper body 25 min workout with abs. I don't have Cardio Fusion so I'm not sure how much it has on it but I would recommend...

    Feb 08' Rotation

    I don't have the Gym Style series but I do have the Slow & Heavy and many other Cathe weight workouts. Do you think it would be overkill to use the SH for the whole month or does anyone have a suggestion for what to substitute for the GS? Thanks!
