    Maximum Intensity Cardio

    It's definately the hardest one of Cathe's Cardio for me!! The Hi/Lo section is rough and then all the step after.... I think I've only done the whole thing a couple times. Usually I do the Hi/Lo section when I'm in a time crunch but want a tough cardio.

    Toughest STS Disc For You...So Far

    Disk 7 Definately Disk 7. I've made it through disk 9 but Disk 7 chest,sholders,bi's were by far the hardest. I was disapointed with myself after Disk 7. I sooo wanted to be able to do all the pushups on my toes but it was not happening for the drop sets!!

    To do or not to do...Legs 1RM

    I'm glad you brought this up, I was thinking the same thing. I can only go so heavy with my legs due to not being able to hold that heavy of a barbell and I don't plan on getting a squat rack. I wasn't going to do the 1RM for legs either. I was planning on doing the plyo leg segment I guess.
