    I have found that Power Hour or Muscle Endurance don't need a lot of room and I agree that the kickboxing videos are a good choice

    I love ranch and find it hard to give up too! So I started using Bolthouse Farms Ranch dressing, it's a yogurt base and has less chemicals as compared to the regular and light ranch dressings

    I actually stopped doing the really intense cardio workouts like IM2 when I was pregnant. My doctor told me not to go above 165 so I didn't want to take the chance of overdoing it. HTH
