I was reading a discussing on collage forum involving the usual battle between the Firm and Cathe's video. A Cathe opinion from a Firmie - in the forum Some one said that Cathe's cast has gotten more and more out in shape in subsequent videos. If this is the case all I can say is wow...

I can totaly relate. I am doing Cathe August rotations and eating less for the past week and after all that work my weight also went up by a pound. Hopefully its like Wendy says and it will eventually go down

hi everyone, today was imax3 and the squat thrust climbers and I added on the stretch max1. All I can say thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day, my quads are still sore from all those walking lunges yesterday.

Hi all, didn't do imax2 yesterday, Have the cold and woke up feeling stuffy and miserable. I did fridays workout today L&G warm-up Alternating 100 walking lunges 50 jumping jacks. Stop short at 350 walking lunges - I guess I could have pushed throug but legs were so sore form started...
