    using a barbell

    I am getting to the point where I need to start using more weights on my legs. It is very uncomfortable for me to hold a barbell on my shoulders. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong, or what the deal is. Any ideas or pointers? Thanks for you help!

    Do Cathe's comments ever make you laugh?

    I recently did one of her lower body workouts. I can't recall which one it was, but her comment was, 'I am shaking like a chihuahua". I had to stop the video and get rid of the giggles before I could finish. Love the comments:)

    DHC Skincare
