    Trouble with Powerstrikes 4 DVD Skipping?

    :( I have bought Powerstrike 4 twice from Amazon.com and both disc's have had skipping. Has anyone else had this happen with this Dvd? So frustrated because it's a great workout and I have to keep sending back. Amy

    AOS Providence or The Kettlebell Way?

    I have both and of course LOVE both of them. Kettlebel way has more leg work like Squats, Deadlifts and lunges. You really cannot go wrong with either of these Dvd's. Amy:D

    I think P90X is awesome. I have done Cathe dvd's for years and have always enjoyed them but LOVE p90x more. My abs and arms have never looked better and I think the Kenpo ROCKS!
