    So glad to hear your review of CTX - kickboxing. I just ordered CTX - it was the deal of the day and I used the 15% off coupon. I have been wanting this series for awhile and decided this was just too good to pass up. I remember reading that leaner legs was a really great (tough) workout, too.

    Opinions please! Intensity Bootcamp or Drill Max??

    I love both, but I prefer drill max. I reach for it more times than boot camp. Having said that however, I LOVE muscle endurance and since you get that with boot camp I'd recommend getting the intensity dvd.

    I really like both of these dvds, but I am not a yoga guru at all. I feel great during and afterwards. I love Cathe's cool down stretches (especially the one with STS) and these are just a step up from them for me.

    This is a different suggestion for helping with getting things moving - I have a rebounder (mini trampoline) and I'll tell you after bouncing on it for a very short while, it gets things moving. That and my green smoothie in the morning.

    KPC is my favorite kickbox Cathe workout these days. I agree though that the 4DS kickbox is the next best thing.
