Would you be interested in an easier way to search for Cathe workouts?

I too, would love such a thing. I find I end up doing the same premixes and I know there are so many more options - I have printed out the old compendium and I search through that sometimes, but it doesn't have the new workouts in them and I just love those!

    Horizontal Conditioning

Woo-hoo! Just got my WAGs last night - so I did vol. 3 (for the first time) this morning. I used the pros - LOVE them! I also got the flex - I think I will use the flex for biking and trx work. But man am I absolutely loving the pros. I thought that they might be overkill and feel like too...

    Horizontal Conditioning

I hear ya on the mirror queuing! I have a really hard time telling my right from my left anyway and when I have to remember to make it opposite, then I can get all screwed up. So then I go into the dilemma of just following her as a "mirror" or do I follow right/left. If I was watching her...

    Poll: Best rotation?

For me, I got the best results when I did my STS rotation with the cardio STS set, though now I am so in love with her LIS and Crossfire/To the Max, I would pair up STS with these workouts. I've done STS 4 times, the last time was the 5 1/2 month rotaiton (which I LOVED by the way - really nice...

    Wrist/Palm protector for Horizontal Conditioning?

Alright, enablers, I too, have bought WAGs - AND I bought 2 pairs, the flex and the Pro, because I realized with the 35% off, I was essentially getting the flex pair for free. The discount was $31.48, and the Flex were $30 at the standard rate. I want to use the flex for cycling, lifting...

    Wrist/Palm protector for Horizontal Conditioning?

I didn't even think of using gloves when doing HC - what a great idea. I usually don't like to wear my gloves when doing push-ups - they feel too tight on my fingers, but now that I've looked at these WAGS gloves I may have to splurge. Not sure what ones to get though. Those of you that have...

I LOVE the Yin workout! I agree, holding the poses for 3-5 minutes is challenging for me for some of the poses, but man can I tell a difference afterwards. My right hip has been bothering me for awhile and it feels soooo much better. It isn't just from the Yin workout, I think, but rather...

I too have bought the spin DVDs each time without having a spin bike. I know it is just a matter of time before I have one though and I will be ready.

Salt, Sugar Fat by Michael Moss

I heard about this book and wanted to read it, and your review was a good reminder that I STILL want to read it. I watched the video, Sugar: the bitter truth last year and it is the reason why I have given up eating anything with added sugar (I only use fruit for my sweetners now). In fact...

I too, have completed my first week and have found it to be life changing already. I am able to sleep over 7 hours consistently and I have had a pain in my upper right thigh when I lie in a certain position for over 20 years - and I just realized last night that I didn't have that pain any...

I've finally been able to find to do some of these workouts and like another poster wrote, I am finding my sleep is much deeper and I wake up fewer times. I can actually document this because I have a fitbit which tracks sleep and how many times you wake up during the night. I love the Yin...

I just came across Mike Donavanik's workouts and was wondering about him so it was great to see this post. Thanks everyone for the reviews and opinions!

For those who stopped drinking coffee.....

You can do it!! The fog will pass, hopefully soon. I agree with the above poster - perhaps drinking green tea with lemon in it will become a welcome replacement. I start my day with white tea with cucumber and lemon (I add the lemon, the cucumber is part of the tea) and then I move onto a...

Oh how I LOVE the firewalker tabata!!

I frequently will hop onto my rebounder when the impact is high - LOVE it! My knee tucks are SO much better on my rebounder. ;) I also use my rebounder in between sets for Mesocycle III - it helps to flush the muscles.
