Just a heads up on Mike's new workout, Extreme Burn. IMO, it's just awesome! I'm new to MD and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed this workout. Great ab routines tacked on the end of each 25 min. metabolic workout. There are two premixes including all of the abs strung together and an extreme mix. Just thought I'd share with my fellow Cathletes; I know we're always on the lookout for new workouts!
BTW, I love Mike's encouraging teaching style. Very enjoyable to work out to.
