Mike Donavanik's Extreme Burn

Just a heads up on Mike's new workout, Extreme Burn. IMO, it's just awesome! I'm new to MD and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed this workout. Great ab routines tacked on the end of each 25 min. metabolic workout. There are two premixes including all of the abs strung together and an extreme mix. Just thought I'd share with my fellow Cathletes; I know we're always on the lookout for new workouts!;) BTW, I love Mike's encouraging teaching style. Very enjoyable to work out to.:D
 
I love this one, too! I tend to skip the ab sections (I'm all about planks now thanks to HC! :p), but the main body of workouts have some great, fun moves. Recommend!
 
I have this, but haven't done it yet. I am in love with Mike, though, because he put a Post-It on the DVD with a nice encouraging note!

These do look really good but which one do you recommend? Total Body? Metabolic? Ripped?
 
Personally I really liked his second one (Metabolic) the best. His first one I tried but then traded away. It was okay but something about it I didn't click with. My heart rate didn't get up as high as I would have liked with that one. The third one (Ripped) I just got recently. I haven't done it yet, but on preview it looked just okay. I may like it, but Metabolic was a definite winner for me!
 
I just came across Mike Donavanik's workouts and was wondering about him so it was great to see this post. Thanks everyone for the reviews and opinions!
