No, of course not, but some of us, including myself, got more anxious by watching all the exciting previewes and are looking forward to get the whole marvellous series ASAP! So, yes, it is clear from those previewes, that it was worth the time she, with her team, took in the making:)!

No, I'm more an endomorph, but thanks to physical training and healthy eating, i have enough muscles and strength to give me a good posture, reasonable flexibility and mobility (for my age!) So You and Schwarznegger will have no comptition here:p!

I do understand that, and also that hypertrophy leads to increase in muscle size while you focus on Strength Training, progressive overloading, etc. But still i couldn't follow Cathe's pace while focusing on good form lifting heavy weights! Didn't rest longer, just managed one or two less reps...
