    I use to do treadmill M, W, and F and then Upper Pyramid Tuesday and Lower Pyramid Thursday. But now I have the Body Blast Series minus the timesaver. Most of those are leg workouts, or totals. So I could do one of those on Tuesday say and another on THursday? But, is that enough to lose...

    Melanie, by exercising this way, you aren't giving really any rest to your legs, right? Can you work them on consecutive days and not bulk up? I thought they needed 36 hours between when weights are involved. Does your method not give them a chance to get bulky and they thin out instead...
