    Laura, This is my problem right now too! How to fit CAthe's into gym workouts (see previous post). I've got my son down to 3x/week at the gym whcih leaves me 3-4 days for Cathe at home but I still don't quite know how to incorporate it all. HELP!

    How did everyone hear about Cathe?

    I found Cathe on the Health channel I think it was. It was alot like Fittv is now. She was doing the PS series and I was just getting tempted to start working out at home. I bought that series and the rest is history!

    In an effort to lose weight, I'm wondering which is better? Lots of cardio and a little weights, or an even distribution of both ( i.e. 3 days of cardio, 3 days of weights)? There's also the shorter cardio + weights like CTX everyday.

    I'm looking to lose weight and build muscle and only have 1 hr per day. I was considering just alternating the GS series with cardio but was wondering if that's too little cardio. suggestions?

    thank you everyone for your advice. I guess what I need to do is just continue along with Weight Watchers and know it will work in its own time. And go to the doctor. I'll keep at it and continue to work out of course! Thanks for all the encouraging words!

I literally have not seen the scale budge from 152.2 in this time except that it HAS moved upwards on occasion only to fall back. SEriously, you'd think the thing was broken!
