rotation help/suggestion please?!

I have all of Cathe's videos and need help creating a rotation. I've slacked for several months now and need to get back into it although the beginner rotation is a bit too easy. I'm looking to lose weight, build muscle that I've lost, workout only 1 hr a day since I work although I could do the longer videos on Sat and/or Sun too. I don't really want to do doubles if I can avoid it. Anyone have any great suggestions!

I think I could come up with a rotation for you. I htink its fun making them. Well, here ya go. Tell me how you like it.

MONDAY: Abs + Legs + Cardio
GS Legs floorwork only + Segement 3 core max and if you can 30 minute jog, walk, elliptical ect. (Since I know you only wanna work out for about an hour during the week)

TUESDAY: Biceps + Cardio
S&H Biceps only + 35 minutes of cardio of your choice. ( This is aobut 1 hour exactly)

WEDNESDAY: Shoulders + Cardio
GS shoulders only + IMAX 2 for however long you can.

THURSDAY: Triceps, Chest + Abs (NO CARDIO)
S&H Chest + 3 sets of 30 dips on your own. Segement 3 core max

FRIDAY: Cardio only
IMAX 2 or 3

SATURDAY: OFF (segement 2 stretch max if you want)

SUNDAY: Total Body workout
Yuo can do Boot Camp or HSTA or C&W.Go as heavy as possible fo wieght work.

I was also wondering if I should stay away from SH until I've lost some of the weight. I don't mind building the muscle but I'd like to wait til I've lost some wieght first so I don't appear to be bigger
 
Acually I think that's a good idea. Maybe just focus on the GS series for muscle building for now until you feel that you lost enough wieght. i definaltey agree. Good luck!
