    Gym style workouts

    The chest and triceps one is pure misery (the good kind) with lots of soreness the next day for me. Really effective. The other two are also wonderful, I do them a couple of times a month. They're fun, they push me to failure and they're effective.

    I wear a sports bra and form fitting T, and shorts, year round. They are not so nice looking or new. I truly don't care what I look like at home when I work out. But I do like to see my legs and arms while I'm working out.

    I gave away a perfectly good clarinet when it was clear my daughter didn't want to play it anymore. It went to a nonprofit that was collecting musical instruments to start a school orchestra in Guatemala.

    I work every muscle twice a week. Usually, I do one split routine and one total body workout. Abs I hit three times a week.
