    where do you put the circuit workouts?

    I like to use circuits on a day, that for what ever reason, during the week I was a little short on both my cardio and weight lifting goals so I do a circuit which covers both. I count it as total body workout.

    I'd get the pyramid because it is completely different from anything you currently own. It is Cathe's only DVD that used the full pyramid system but it has pre-mixes that use the modified pyramid.

    Not Cathe but here is my experience - practice, practice, practice. I hate pushups but the way I got off my knees was to force myself to always do one more than the last one.

    Anyone do a series at time as a rotation?

    Thanks guys. I know that whenever a new set comes out, cathe posts a rotation using them. I'm just looking to keep things fresh. I have every Cathe except slow and Heavy and I only have CTX upper but I still can't wait for the new workouts. I think I'm addicted to her workouts.

    Anyone just pick a series and just do that for a month and then do a different series, etc. etc. for each month? Just curious - I would assume doing this would certainly provide enough muscle confusion and variety to keep the body on its toes.

    Intensity Series

    yes - IMHO - the Intensity Series - espcially on DVD is her best. The pre-mixes are great because they combine workouts. The Muscle Endurance Bootcamp pre-mix is one of my favorite pre-mixes of that series.

    Get the Terminator. It's my favorite Cathe DVD. You get to do three of the Intensity Series workouts in one workout. It's definately tougher than KPC but you should get that one too - it's another Favorite of mine.:)

    BodyMax2 Side Planks? Can u do them???

    I can do them but I think it's because I do side planks in yoga and balance poses. They are not called side planks in yoga(I forget what the name is). Just keep doing the modifications.
