How is the abs workout? That's the only one that interest me in the bunch?

I'd like to see a tough functional fitness routine incorporating stability/medicine ball, dumbbells, and dynaband that is not hard on the knees, wrist intensive or too fast paced.

I was surprisingly pleased with the band, both in terms of effectiveness and ease in use. It really adds a new twist to things and works my muscles differently.

The music has been a huge disappointment to me. The volume in Kick Max is so low that I can barely hear it and good thumping music is so important to cardio. Also, the music was just plain gratingly bad in Muscle Max and Core Max to the extent that I don't want to do either of these workouts...

I really love the music on the Intensities and Blast series. A lot of the CTX music was grating to me. Since music is such an individual thing, a "no music" option would be great.

I agree that the "music louder" option just made the music sound the way it usually does. I like music loud and thumping, so if it is set at a good volume to begin with, you could do without that one. I would much more prefer a "music off" option.

Can we please see a picture of the band, too? I may already have one like it, but if not, then I would be interested in ordering one from you. Perhaps this should be on the pre-order page.

RE: I don't know if you missed it but... I think the pre-order prices are quite good and I would not expect to see the DVDs on more than one format. Except for the gym training series, which would have been nice to be on one DVD if it could have been worked out so that there were no problems...
