    My 3 kids are grown, but when they were little I got up early to exercise. Perhaps you can arrange your exercise for a time when the older 2 are in school. You may not get a whole hour, but can you keep your 3 yr old close enough to keep an eye on him/her while you exercise? Like another poster...

    Oh, you guys have really good reasons to choose your workout attire. Mine is (almost always) pure vanity...I like the way I look in capris, but not in shorts :) Outside when it´s hot...running skorts!

    Megan, if your school offers it, take AP classes. My kids did and all entered into their respective colleges as at least sophomores. AP scholars (there are certain levels that one has to reach) get tons of scholarships. Go to your guidance office and talk to your counselors about scholarships...

    number of sets in STS

    In Meso 3 Cathe does 4 sets of each exercise. Sometimes due to time factors I only do 3 of the sets. How critical is that 4 set??
