    cold sores

    I just read this thread yesterday, and thought, "Wow, I haven't had one in almost a year!" This morning look what pops up on my lip.... x( I get them all the time during the winter it seems like, maybe 2-3 a year. Nothing works for me, and believe me I've tried everything. x(

    I usually do at the end of the day (like right now), but I sit at a computer all day long. x(

    Do you steam or iron your clothes?

    Yeah, we use the dryer, too. I've tried steamers with no luck. x( And if I know something needs ironed after I wash it, I'll throw it in the dryer for a bit until wrinkles come out and then lay it flat to dry for blouses or knit tops and hang them for dress pants.

    ? about HIIT

    No expert either, but I try to split up my cardio between long steady state runs and HIIT. Ever since I started HIIT, it's hard for me not to want to do it all the time because it's such a quick way to squeeze in my cardio!

    My second day of the flu

    Just wanted to say take your time and get better! I've often rushed back into working out when I wasn't 100% and ended up extending a cold or flu. Sounds like you were at the tail end of a rotation - just pick back up where you left off and start anew!
