hey ladies. i'm a morning exerciser but today was one of those morning that getting up was like pulling teeth. my alarm went off at 5a.m. i laid there debating with myself if i should just go back to sleep but eventually got out of bed at 5:15. today is my steady state cardio day of a 45 min run on the treadmill. i usually do this at 2% incline and 6.5 mph. i just couldn't get into it today. i felt like i was hitting a wall the entire time. At the 20 min mark i had to take the speed down to 6.0 and even that was hard. normally i have no problem but today was terrible. not to mention the time crawled by. but i stuck it out b/c i knew if i quit early i would be pissed at myself. i've never been happier to see the 45 min mark on the timer
i hate days like this!!!!
