    Today's Oprah

    I don't think I could eat my oatmeal uncooked in milk like she does but when I don't have time to cook it, I'll put 1/4 c. uncooked oatmeal in my yogurt and it's actually pretty good.

    Which all step work out should I buy?

    If your not familiar with Cathe's step style, I'd go for the Classics DVD. It's a little more basic. However, I think the Cardio Hits DVD is alot more fun and more intense. She does break down the moves in Cardio Hits so you could catch on after doing them a few times. Hope this helps.

    Bring me to my knees.......

    Alot of people seem to think Bootcamp is one of the hardest. All the Terminator workouts are hard but fun. IMO, High Step Training is the hardest for me. Also check out the sticky "RESULTS ARE IN!!! Ultimate Guide to Cathe's Workouts" at the top of this forum page. It might help you decide.

    I love the Body Blast series (especially Step Blast and Legs & Glutes). Also, Rhythmic Step is one of my favorite step workouts.

    Christi Taylor - Worth the money?

    I have Christi's Fantastic Four DVD (along with all her others). They are very fun workouts with great music! You can't go wrong. They are considered on the complex side in regards to the choreography but if you can do Cathes workouts, you could probably do Christi's.
