    Champion also sells some great bras. They list the intensity level that each bra can handle, so just make sure you get one for High Intensity. And you buy them by bra size, not just S, M, L etc, so I find that they fit really well. I don't budge a bit, even while running or doing an IMAX video.

    You might consider checking out the Cross Train Express series. It's $80 for 2 DVD's with 5 intense cardio sections, every one around 30 minutes long. They are all quite challenging, with a lot of high-impact moves.

    In case you are still looking, I love Neutrogena Healthy Defense. I am fair, so I use the light tint, but in summer, I can use the medium tint. Inexpensive, available at the grocery store, and works nearly as well as light foundation.
