    Just a comment about music

    Another vote for bumping music! I like loud, pumping, music when I work out. The music in the Intensity Series is my favorite music of all Cathes workouts.

    STS biceps, triceps

    Sorry if this has already been asked, but will there be separate workouts for biceps and triceps? Or will they be worked with Back and/or chest? I ask because I do very little isolation work for biceps and limited amount for triceps.

    Great idea, but I would like to see different types of cardio, in other words not use the step so much, add some kickboxing, hi/low (without the step) My knees cannot take consecutive step cardio these days even though I LOVE step!
