    Fit Channel Scheduling

    Yes, that's what I did. I recorded the shows and that way I don't have to wait for Fit TV to air Cathe's workouts. I did notice that now they are changing the 6PM workouts. At 7:00am and 11:00am, they are the same, but at 6:00pm, they are changing the workout. Its best to record it if you can.
