    Cathe Stability Ball?

    I am 5'4" and have really short legs and prefer a 65 cm ball. I feel like my knees are too high when I sit on a 55cm ball, but they work about the same when you are laying on it.

    I have also been pasting my 1 RM cards into Excel. I then zoom in the view to 150% so I do not have to get close to my laptop to choose my weights. Excel makes it easy to insert or delete rows for me.

    Help with shin splints pain!

    Just a quick plug for my favorite running shoe brand: Mizuno! I am a neutral pronator with almost high arches and these support my feet like nothing else. Nike always feels too narrow on my foot. Good luck finding the solution to your shin pain.
