    Hi I wear a wrist heart monitor when I work out. this gives me the calories that i have used and time of a workout when I wear it. every so often i have to test my heart rate and it gives me the my heartrate and the percentage that it is working at and then gives an update of calories...

    more kick box and mma

    hi how about more kick box and mma videos i really enjoy the sts series of kickbox mma and mma fusion. it's an excellent workout no equipment is really needed and the floorwork is jut long enough but tough!!! would love to see more of this in the future.

    stats in workout manager

    Anyone notice that the top 4-5 people are doing an incredibly high amount of cathe dvds? Its like cathe 24-7. Of course it lowers everyone else's stats. Just a thought.

    new low impact dvd series this is soooo good!!!! i can't wait to order and start using them. it's amazing how cathe keeps on going with these workouts. You never get bored and it is always challenging no matter how many times you do the dvd's. thanks cathe!!!!!

    thanks for your help. i also looked it up on line and now it makes sense. i noticed if you change the MET value in workout manager it does make a difference with calories burned.

    Hi cathe. Thanks for taking the time to respond to the calories burned for CCC. I do ur workouts just about every day& love the challenge. I feel the calorie output us higher& that's good to know.

    In the workout manager the calories burned for this workout is recorded as 363. Is this cogrrect? Ths is a very challenging workout & I feel that this is on the low side for calories burned.
