    I feel blessed to have Cathe workouts to reach out to, for over 20 years.

    I agree, I have so many workouts but seems like Cathe is a staple for me. Even if I have to go at my own pace, go lighter, do fewer reps, she seems to be one that I go back to. I am also thankful that she continues to do DVDs.

    Looks great, two of my fave workouts - kickboxing and legs. Not sure why they changed outfits. Maybe taped on different days? They all look great no matter what outfits they are wearing.

    I have to say I like the weight work in this one. Not sure how much of the step I will do. Too much high impact (I know I can modify), and all those jumps on the step - Ugh - this one is not for me. The others clips look great.

    did you have other options in the pull down menu? You should also have USPS options as I did. There are two pull down menus; first one is UPS or more options. Use More options and then it should show USPS rates.
