The last time I ordered something from Cathe it took a week to get to me. I am finishing up a rotation this week so hoping to get the package sometime next week and be able to start using them by 2/16. and hoping by then the user guide rotations will be up. Looking forward to this set.

Yes I have had issues in the past also. Doesn't seem to happen with any other subscriptions. Not sure why it does with Cathe. So I use the DVDs for Cathe. We changed internet providers so wonder if I will have better luck now but not subscribing to find out. maybe in the future.

Thanks, I have the series and was just wondering if Cathe ever did a rotation as I was curious to see how they would go together. I did the lower body pyramid workout (using the up only premix) and loved seeing the "old" gang with her. It was a good workout also, so I curious.

Was there a rotation for the intensity series? I looked in the index but the older rotations are not opening up for me and this series was in 2002 with the rotations starting in 2003. Thanks!

I know this has been discussed but can't find an answer. I have downloaded to my computer but would like to put them on DVD or CD. Can I use Windows Media to burn to DVD or is there another way to get this to work? Also can I put them on a CD-R or do they need to go on a DVD-R?

Nathalie - I have done the exercise a couple of times at the end of my leg workout or full body strength. I definitely feel a lot of leg muscles working including the inner thigh (yeah). So far I am doing two sets of 8 reps with 8 or 10 lbs. (holding one weight). don't want to go too heavy...
