    Level 12 is unbelievably intense!!! I do 50 mins. 3x a week at Level 3-4 (18 minutes @ 4) on Track 3 (can't think of the name) and I don't hold on at all. I am hoping to reach Level 5 by late January. The elliptical that I use is a precor. www.precor.com Good for you! Keep it up!!! Elln
