    Sugar and nutrition

    Many say to exclude sugar because we all know it's unhealthy. In any case, I tried not to eat sugar in its pure form for a month. Now I almost gave it up, though from the very beginning it seemed impossible. I like soda too much, and I can't even imagine eating pasta without it but I am trying hard!

    These are so good results! After a long break, it's difficult for me to adapt to training, so I start with easy exercises. Running is very hard for me so far, so I do cardio for one hour and circuit training. Hope it gets better soon.

    Help with starting to workout again

    I feel you. After 2 years of break, going to the gym was a real challenge for me. I was quickly tired and didn't get pleasure from training. Besides, there was a lot of stress from work, and in this situation, it's difficult to concentrate. Try to reduce stress to a minimum.

    I have been looking for a training program for a long time, besides, a lot has changed with quarantine. Now there is no special opportunity to exercise in the gym, and there is no equipment at home. I have looked through a few programs, and I am glad that there is such a choice.

    Well did you get to open your gym in New Jersey?

    Quarantine has broken the usual training. Luckily, we have an open sports ground, and the coaches did some training there. Of course, it was difficult without equipment, but we used to improvised means, and it was fun. But I hope there will be no such experience anymore.

    Websites often write that breakfast is the most important meal. It has to be balanced. Still, coaches adhere to the idea that protein should be obtained from your daily meals. Protein cocktails are a good supplement if you haven't got enough protein.
