    Thanks for the tips, Kathyrn. No, I have never previewed the workouts. I just don't have the time to do that. But I will consider doing that the next time, particularly if I know the workout is high on the complicated choreography. :)

    I bought a used VHS copy of just KPC (and I love it!), but am now wondering what I am missing with not having the DVD. Are the premixes good enough to warrant the cost of the DVD? Do you like Legs and Glutes? How does it compare to Butts and Guts?

    Lightweights speak up!

    I did BM2 this morning with a 6" step and still got an awesome workout. I don't think you need to use an 8" step all the time. Just work up to it, and mix and match. I try not to overthink it and just choose the step height I think I can handle that day.

    BM2 Cardio Blast Premix

    I'm glad I am not the only one who was slightly bothered by the "title cards" (now I know what those are called, too!). I still love the workout, and did appreciate the "water breaks," but I still feel a simple "fade out, fade back in" would've worked better for the cardio only premixes.
