SJP & SB Premixes

Hi all

I have some questions about the premixes that combine SJP & SB, and also the other premixes that are on that DVD. What do the following premixes consist of?

1. Step and Hi/Lo
2. Step and Weights
3. Step, Hi/Lo & Weights Circuit #1
4. Step, Hi/Lo & Weights Circuit #2
5. Step, Hi/Lo Cardio Circuit
6. Weights and Step Circuit
7. Step, Hi/Lo & Weights (from SJP only)
8. Step and Hi/Lo Circuit

Thanks in advance for your help! I want to try these out, but want to know what I am embarking on before I do it.

There is a list of the premixes from SJP & SB on here. If you do a search and put in Step Blast premix, go to the topic dated Oct 19th, 2005, it's title is Step, Pump and Jump Question. The first reply gives a link to the list of premixes and what they consist of. I printed this out a while ago and use it alot! I love SJP & SB in their original form, and the premixes are just a bonus. Great stuff.
